Splio scope: Mobile Wallets
Limpidius is a SaaS platform offering dematerialization for Point-of-sales receipts for retail brands. After a purchase, the brand sends each customer an email with the dematerialized receipt, as well as a way to see all the receipts.
The integration between Limpidius and Splio Mobile Wallets provides a seamless experience to the customers with a Loyalty card added to their Wallet: they can check their receipts directly from their pocket. It has been used for the first time by our client Mr Bricolage.
This happens in the context of the end of the mandatory physical receipts in August 2023 in France.
Pre-requisite
The users in Limpidius and Splio Mobile Wallets need to have a client ID in common.
Add to Mobile Wallet link in Limpidius post-purchase emails
When a store is equipped with Limpidius, the customer is asked after purchasing if he or she wishes to receive the purchase receipt by email. The email with the receipt contains a Mobile Wallet block looking like this:
This is an example used by our client Mr Bricolage. This email gives your clients another touchpoint to add their pass to the Wallet and expands your distribution strategy. Please read our dedicated article to learn more.
Receipt history at the back of the Mobile Wallet pass
The second feature offered by the Limpidius-Splio Mobile Wallets integration is access for every pass holder to the full receipt history at the back of the pass:

And for each receipt, they can access a picture of the receipt by clicking on the link.
