From here you can edit, duplicate, and organize your filters.
The number of filters grows constantly as you work with Splio, which may make finding older filters complicated. You can use tags and context search to improve this situation.
You may apply tags to filters. While the tags do not allow you to visually organize your filters, they are indexed and can be searched.
When you enter a word or phrase in the context search box, the engine looks for matching tags as well as the name. If you enter a unique tag name, the search engine will return all filters with the tag.
To add a tag to a filter, Edit it and select a tag from the list.
Select a tag from the list or type a new tag name
Save your filter. If you typed a new tag name, it will be created when saved.
The frequency of filter recalculation is normally based on how often they are used.
The most frequently used filters are called "active" and are counted every day plus each time they are used by a scenario or campaign. Active filters have been used at least once in the last 30 days and are counted every day.
Idle filters were last used more than 30 days ago. Inactive filters were not used for more than 90 days. These filters are not normally counted every day.
The contact count in the filter is presented as the number of email and SMS contacts. Filters are always recalculated before being used in a campaign. The idea is to send towards the most current list of recipients.
You can manually force the recalculation of a filter by going to its overview and clicking on the recount button shown in the image below. Filters are also recalculated when you modify them and save.
