Creating loyalty filters
Splio supports creating filters based on the data related to loyalty programs collected in two scopes: loyalty and rewards.
With these filters, you can target members of particular programs by subscription dates, tiers, and even collected rewards.
Please make sure you have read the Create your first filter guide and that you understand the basics of targeting.
Creating a loyalty filter
Go to TARGET > Loyalty filters and select New filter.
In the "About" tab, enter the Name* of the filter. We suggest that you provide a description to explain the purpose of the filter for future reference. You can also add a new searchable tag or select an existing one from the list.
Select either "Loyalty" or "Rewards" in the Scope* field. The scope you have selected here will affect the conditions available in the filter. The available conditions are listed under the scope subheadings below.
In the "Conditions" tab, use the "+Add condition" button to select available conditions from the list. With the plus and minus buttons, you can increase or decrease the numbers of each condition type.
The conditions available under the "loyalty" scope allow you to target individuals belonging to a specific loyalty program as well as a tier within a program.
"Program ID" and "Program name" allow you to find any loyalty program by its identifier or name, respectively, and target its members. With "Program subscription" date you can limit the targeted contacts according to a selected subscription date (e.g., those who subscribed before or after a specific date or, say, a month before that date).
The fields "Tier entry date" and "Tier name" provide a similar access to the loyalty tiers, identified by name, and the date when an individual entered the tier (for instance, you might wish to target only those who have been Silver members for at least 14 days).
Using the "rewards" scope, you can directly target "Individuals having claimed the reward" and "Individuals having earned the reward". This can be matched with such variables as "Non-qualifying points debited by a reward" and "Reward claimed X times" to narrow down the population.
The reward can be indicated explicitly by using its name, internal, or external identifier (respectively, "Reward name", "Reward ID", and "Reward Extid"), as well as implicitly by using conditions based on its cost (in points), number of times it was earned, the current stock (which depletes over time), and the "Reward type" (item or coupon).
