From our SMS design tool, it is possible to add lines break in the body of an SMS, which will produce the following rendering once the SMS has been received:
To set this up, in the SMS Design part, you will need to "play" with the character "Space"+"Line Break" as outlined below :

Which will look like this in the editor:
The red arrows pointing to the blue squares represent the "spaces" characters.
It is very important to put the spaces before the line break because otherwise, the text will be grouped in one block and the line break will not be taken into account.
Also, do not rely on the simulator, which does not reproduce the design in this specific case and does not take the line break into account.
Feel free to test the design before the final send out, you will see that the line breaks are well interpreted.
