Trigger campaigns will be based on certain conditions being met for users. Once the conditions have been met, the push notification will be sent to the user. Most of the trigger notification use cases will be for point or voucher expiration reminders (i.e 7 or 60 days before). The campaigns will be sent daily to the population meeting those criteria.
Please note that the trigger section is a read-only section.
As such, trigger campaigns must be setup by the Splio team so please reach out to your Splio contact for more details.
Once a campaign has been setup, you will be able to see some statistics in the relevant section of the platform:
Success: are the notifications that have been sent successfully
Skipped: are notifications which were not sent for marketing pressure reasons. (this should be setup beforehand).
Error: are notifications which were not delivered.
Note: trigger campaigns will only be push notifications campaigns.
It is not currently possible to create 'update' campaigns or 'push+update' campaigns as trigger.
