Collected Interactions data can be used to target your contacts. You need to use a Social Interaction or a Custom Interaction for which data has been collected and uploaded to Splio.
Add Interaction to a filter
You can find all Interactions-related criteria in the criteria panel, under the group "Interactions".
The criteria are generated dynamically for all Interactions for which you have collected data.
For each interaction you set up a condition based on the number of occurrences, date fo the event, channel and source.
Interactions-based conditions are treated like all other conditions and can be part of both inclusion and exclusion groups.
