The"Target" menu at the top of the screen provides access to filters, groups, and temporary files.
Clicking on "Filters" takes you to the following list:
From here you can edit, duplicate, and organize your filters.
Filter organization
The number of filters grows constantly, which may result in finding older filters complicated. You can use tags and context searches to make this process easier.
Tags
You may apply tags to your filters. While the tags do not allow you to visually sort your filters, they are indexed and can be searched.
When you enter a word or phrase in the context search box, the engine looks for matching tags as well as the name. If you enter a unique tag name, the search engine will return all filters with the tag.
Once you save your filter. If you typed a new tag name, it will be created when saved.
Filter calculation
You have a limit of 25 daily recounted filters. You can activate this option for a filter to be recounted daily and when you are close to reaching your limit of 25 filters, the system will display a warning message to remind you.
You can find your filters that are recalculated daily in the list of filters thanks to the circular arrow icon.
Filters that are used in automatic and trigger campaigns will also be automatically recalculated before being sent out (or the recalculation will trigger the send-out in the case of trigger campaigns).
As for manual campaigns that you wish to schedule in advance, you will also have the option to "force recalculation" of the population before the send-out (Scenario > Manual > Campaign > Sequence > Population).
You can also force a filter to be recalculated with the "update now" button from within the filter page.
