Overview
DESIGNER organizes your designs within searchable libraries. There is one library per message type.
Before creating any type of campaign, you need to have a message at the ready.
There are 4 types of designs recognized by Splio: Email (HTML), SMS, WeChat, and landing pages. They are grouped within their respective libraries.
The libraries store all your messages and landing pages (jointly called "Designs"), whether they are HTML files, templates, SMS, or WeChat messages. Libraries are accessible through the left menu.
All libraries are organized according to the same principles and can be searched using keywords from their name, subject, or sender. It is also possible to enter a range of dates to display all designs with matching creation dates and last modification dates.
Email library
The email library stores your HTML designs.
Within the library, you can visually preview your designs, display or not the title, the sender and the Splio reference ID.
Click on a design to preview it, and access its functionalities.
The status of each design status is identified on its thumbnail:
- Available: the design can be used in a campaign.
- Sent: the design has been sent and is locked. You can duplicate this message.
- Template: the design has been generated from a template, and contains template elements (once it has been used, it is marked as sent).
Templates library
In this library you can find templates, a special kind of email designs with changeable parts.
SMS library
The SMS library stores designs of simple and personalized SMS.
As for the email designs, you can preview your designs, display or not the title, the sender, and Splio reference ID.
SMS designs have 2 status:
- Available: the design can be used in a campaign.
- Sent: the design has been sent and is locked. You can duplicate this message.
Landing pages library
The designs in the landing pages library are used in WeChat campaigns and to enrich SMS.
You can search landing pages using keywords or the creation date.
From the library, you can open, edit, duplicate, or delete landing pages.
There is no status associated with the landing pages. However, when you open a landing page design, you can see if it is WeChat compliant, and if not, which elements of the page are noncompliant. You can also preview the rendering of the landing page by clicking Landing page editor on the left.
