When you connect to Splio for the first time, your Project Manager will have already configured most settings. However, you can change some of them such as the deliverability settings and the 2FA by clicking the arrow next to your name > Deliverability.
Configuring SPF and DKIM
Splio provides an automatic and a manual configuration for SPF and DKIM. If you wish to configure your email authentication settings manually using your own domain parameters, this is possible and the changes will be applied immediately.
We recommend that you reach out to your contact at Splio as this type of modification will have consequences on your deliverability and some extra configuration required by our teams.
Setting up a two-step authentication (2FA)
This method is optional but strongly recommended.
As an administrator, you can enable this feature for your users by going into the user page: when editing a user, an option will be available to enable 2FA for the user. Your users can also setup the two-factor authentication from their profile edition page.
The 2FA identification consists in adding another security layer to the login process by entering a code sent to the associated mobile phone and which can be saved on a device for a 30 days period. Each new device used by the user will be detected, and Splio will send a new verification code.
Language settings will not affect the universe’s overall language settings (such as the language used for emails). Your personal language settings will only determine your Splio interface texts, menus...
