This article covers the different capabilities of export in the platform in Data. Ranging from exporting, contacts, filters, sales data or loylalty data. When you use the export modal and finalise your export, an email will be sent to you with a link to downlad a ZIP archive containing a CSV file. If you are not logged into Splio when downloading the export, Splio will ask you to log in.

Contacts
To export contacts go to Data > Contacts and click on the blue "Export" blue button. This will open the export modal. Inside, you will be able to select or sort the fields you want to export and even drag and drop the fields in the order you want them to appear in your file.
Blacklists
Exporting blacklisted contacts allows you to analyze when and why blacklisting happens. To export blacklist addresses and phone numbers, go to Data > Blacklists then select "export" from the "options" menu as shown in the image below.
Sales data
To export sales data, go to Data > Sales then go to the table from which you want to export data (products, stores, receipts, or abandoned carts). Click the blue "export" button to begin.
Loyalty points history & rewards history
With this functionality you can export loyalty data belonging to a single contact. Therefore, the blue "export" button is not used.
Instead, to begin go to Data > Contacts and select the contact for whom you want to export data. Click on Loyalty > Loyalty points history or Loyalty > Rewards to preview the data.
Go to the "tools" menu on the right and select the format desired:
You can export both loyalty points history and rewards history as a CSV file or as a compressed file (a ZIP file with a CSV document inside). Compression can greatly reduce the size of the export.
Filters and groups
With Splio, you can export the content of any filter or group you have created. This is especially relevant when you want to use Splio to analyse your database: you can create any filter based on a complex set of conditions, then export this with as many field as necessary to continue the analysis in Excel or another tool. To export a filter, click on the options button and export. Groups can also be exported in the exact same way.
Scheduled exports
If needed, you can also automate your exports in order to receive for example reports on Monday morning in your inbox. This feature can work on a daily, weekly or monthly frequency and works as follows:
Example: go to Data > Sales Data > Receipts > export and select scheduled > then the frequency.
Once you hit 'Export', the report will be sent to you via email at the next scheduled slot.
This feature can be found in different places in the platform. For now, it is only available in Data > sales data but this will gradually be available in other sales tables in future releases.
You will then find the list of your scheduled exports in the Report menu:
You can also perform a quick export directly from a list (for example for filters or groups) and click on the three dots icon to choose the format. The "custom export" option will open the dialog window where you can select columns.
