When creating a custom report, you will have the option to select between Actions or Campaigns:
Campaigns will include all Actions as shown below in the case of a campaign scenario including several send-outs (for example in automatic or manual campaign with follow-ups):
You will be able to extract the following data in both cases:
Date, ID Splio, Recipients, Pending, Done, Openings, Clicks, Sales, Soft bounces, Hard bounces, Spam complaints, Categories, Operation code, Name of the campaign.
However, for the Actions report, you will be able to view the Mail subject and Message name.
When selecting a campaign report, you will see the aggregated data in one row whereas for an action report, you will see a row per campaign action.
You will be able to exclude keywords or apply an operation code if you have created one during the setup. Note that it is not possible to retroactively apply an operation code for your campaigns once they have been created.
If you use Triggered Campaigns (in Campaigns), you can filter your statistics in the report module, by typing [journey] in the search bar as shown below.
