Overview
Trigger campaigns are sent using WeChat template messages in response to events that you can program.
The programmable events include:

Setting up a trigger campaign
You can set up a trigger campaign by using the "create a trigger" option for any existing WeChat template message design.
Complete the form shown below: first enter the name of the trigger, select its type (loyalty by default) and event.
The conditions take the form of a JSON string. Ask your Splio contact to provide it for you. Describe the conditions you need and it will be translated to JSON by Splio operatives. Carefully paste the text string you are given into the "conditions" box.
Click the green "Create" button to save your trigger.
Managing your trigger messages
The WeChat integration with Splio allows you to control the operation of the trigger messages you have programmed.
In the "Triggers" tab you can turn triggers on and off (with the green switches). You can also delete existing triggers using the dustbin icon.
